One of the remarkable things about this production is watching how one actor must play many parts. Shakespeare’s characters are never two dimensional, and even after 400 years they turn out to be recognizable. From the unsure and tragicomically trusting Rodrigo, to Iago’s capacity to be two faced and duplicitous, one leaves the play with a feeling that the characters were real people whose paths we crossed for a time.
